2024 — 2026
A whole marketing team, running inside one chat.
Overview
Engagemix started as a dashboard that watched social conversations and drafted replies. It now lives entirely in chat: you set the goal in one message, and nine roles — researcher, lead finder, data analyst, copywriter, outbound rep, follow-up, partnerships, growth lead — do the work every day without you opening an app. $99 a month, seven days free.
The problem
Founders don't want another dashboard to log into. They want the work done. Engagemix moved out of the browser and into the chat app already open on their phone.
Founders know exactly which conversations they should be in. They just don't have the hours to be in them. Engagemix is the agent that does — and in its latest form it doesn't even ask you to open a product. You send one message; it runs your marketing from there.
01 · Problem
The product story starts with a simple tension: real customer demand already exists across Reddit, X, and communities, but manual searching is too slow. By the time a founder finds the thread, the moment has often passed.
02 · Detection
EngageMix continuously scans posts and threads to surface the ones that show real purchase intent. Instead of dumping raw mentions into a feed, the system highlights conversations worth joining and scores relevance before the user ever opens the thread.

03 · Workflow
The workflow had to feel operational rather than experimental. I designed the campaign setup to let a team define their product once, choose the platforms they care about, and let the system monitor across channels from a single control surface.

04 · Response
Once a relevant thread is detected, EngageMix generates a reply that is specific to the question being asked. The aim is not to spray generic pitches, but to help the founder join the conversation naturally with context-aware suggestions they can approve and post fast.

05 · Product
From the welcome dashboard to campaign setup, billing, and the reply layouts buyers actually live in — the product is built around one job: surface real conversations and get a credible reply out the door.
06 · Distribution
To take EngageMix to market, I designed a Meta ads system that mirrors the product's voice — the same buyer-intent language, the same purple accent, the same promise of replacing manual replies with an always-on agent.
07 · The pivot
The honest read on the first version: the product worked, but the app was the tax. Founders opened it, approved a few replies, then drifted. So Engagemix moved into chat — a Telegram bot, nothing to install, about a minute to set up. You send your website or one sentence about what you sell; it learns the offer, the customers and the competitors, and starts working that same day.
08 · The team, not the tool
Instead of features, the new product is staffed like a team: a researcher works out who buys this, a lead finder spots who's asking right now, a data analyst digs out the real email, a copywriter writes each message, an outbound rep sends it or fills in the contact form, a follow-up chases the quiet ones, partnerships finds who refers you, and a growth lead decides what's next. It reads Reddit, X, LinkedIn and the open web, builds and publishes pages, watches competitors' pricing, ads and reviews, and texts you the day's lines at 6pm.
09 · The line that sells it
The positioning work came down to one comparison. Assistants hand back a to-do list; Engagemix hands back finished work — leads found, outreach written, follow-ups running. Every claim on the page is mechanical rather than a promise: it only writes to people who publicly said something it can quote back, and nothing sends without your yes. Where the answer is no, the FAQ says no.
